Scenario:
Sometimes you want to submit an idea to verify that no one else is thinking along the same lines. For example, supposing you want to go to the amusement park when there won't be huge crowds, for social distancing purposes --- if your QR submission of time/place is all by itself in the network, then it is likely to be a good time to go. Note this is something other social networking tools like Twitter or Facebook can't do: as soon as you post "Anyone going to .... ? " you may give people the idea.
Suppose you would like to find a quiet place to meditate the morning of May 31st, 2013. A very small nearby island is a candidate location, but only if no one else is even remotely planning to go there at that time.

Sample Network:
This scenario is very similar to the Social Network example, except that the goal is to not find overlap with other users (hence the same network is shown below). This time, your submission has no overlap with any others, so there's a good chance you will be able to have some time to yourself on Sam's Island the morning of May 31st, assuming anyone else intending to go there would have used QR to "claim" it.
