Imagine you are conducting a survey about public customer service, but don't want to force respondants to answer specific questions --- rather, you ask for a free-form sentence about any public customer service they have received recently.

This is very similar to the Audience Feedback application, hence that network is reproduced here. In this case, however, the conductors of the survey would probably want to analyze the encryptions with various hypothetical questions, e.g. "how many respondees included 'good customer service' in their responses", which is possible to glean by the matching procedure (click on a submission).
